Lennar Sabal Palm Townhouse

This townhouse is a special project where we partnered with Lennar Homes to design and rent a vacation townhouse for the Retreat at ChampionsGate. Unlike many of our other vacation homes, the Palm Townhouse is what a rental would look like given our complete control over the design and the layout of the home. We tailor each of our packages to make your home look as good as it can possibly be, but the more freedom we are able to get from owners, the more creative we can become and deliver a wonderful vacation rental.

Kitchen

The kitchen in this townhouse is immaculate. The countertops are completely updated and really tie in with the modern theme that we were going for. We took the orange and blue tones we wanted to decorate the house with and made them subtle, giving the kitchen a very sleek and modern feel. We also added stools to the countertop, giving the home more seating for dinners and a relaxed feel for breakfasts and socializing.

Living and Dining Rooms

We continued with the modern feel in the living and dining rooms. We added accents of orange and painted the walls blue to showcase those accent colors throughout both rooms. Although we are going for a modern flair, the accent colors give an otherwise cold, modern look some warmth to make a guest’s experience cozy, yet updated.

Bedrooms

We made sure to make each bedroom stands out. Each bedroom has a bit of a theme that ties with the rest of the house, but also touches unique to the space. This is key to make sure that everyone who uses the home feel a sense of ownership in the room they are staying in.
